When someone you refer completes and pays for their appointment, you earn points equivalent to $13.50 (services only). Referral points are added to the same points balance as your loyalty points.
The more you refer, the more you earn.
Who counts as a “new guest”?
Who counts as a “new guest”?
A “New Guest” is either:
A first timeer to KG Hair Salon or
A returning guest who hasn’t had a paid appointment in the last 9 months (based on our records)
How referrals work (simple)
Refer a friend (have them mention your name when booking)
They complete and pay for their appointment
We add your $13.50 points (typically at checkout, or within 7 days)

Loyalty Terms.
- Points are earned on eligible services and eligible retail purchases and equate to approximately 5% back on eligible spend.
- Points are recorded only on completed and paid transactions.
- Points may be redeemed only once your points total $75 or more.
- Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points are not earned on taxes, gratuities, gift card purchases, refunds/returns, sale items or other excluded items designated by the salon.
- The salon may modify or discontinue the program at any time for operational reasons.
Referral Terms.
Referral points count toward the $75 minimum redemption threshold.
A “New Guest” means a first-time client or a client who has not had a paid appointment in the last 9 months, as determined by salon records.
Referral points equivalent to $13.50 are awarded to the Referrer only after the New Guest completes and pays for their appointment.
Referral points are typically applied at payment or within 7 days (manual process).
One referral reward per qualifying New Guest. No self-referrals.
Referral rewards are services only, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
