I was gifted a shampoo and conditioner for Christmas and I still have at least half a bottle of shampoo of and 3/4 of the conditioner. This most recent time the colour wasn't exactly what I hoped for so Jenn brought me back and redid my roots and colour for me as well as doing research to determine why my previous colour didn't adhere and buying me a specialised shampoo to prevent that from happening in the future. This was so far over and beyond what I expected. She gives me knowledge to take better care of my hair and I really feel like we are a team when making hair decisions. Plus the atmosphere in the salon is great and it feels really friendly and I quite enjoy the stories and knowledge that Kathy and the rest of the girls share while I'm in the chair.
