At the end of your 8 weeks, you can purchase another package if you’d like to stay on your ideal schedule
Package policies (simple and clear)
We keep this straightforward so your experience remains elevated.
Enrollment window: Packages are available only during the first 7 open days of each month (Mon–Sat), with a pilot limit of 30 total spots, or until filled. If the month begins on a day we’re closed, enrollment begins on our next open day.
Cancellation & rescheduling: Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies. One reschedule is permitted with 48 hours’ notice. Additional missed or late-cancelled package services may be forfeited.
Expiry (no roll-over): Package services expire at the end of the eight weeks and cannot be rolled over.
Retail perk: 15% off retail applies during your active 8-week package window.
Gifting: Packages can be gifted by assigning the package to the recipient’s profile. (Loyalty and points accrue to the recipient, as the package is used under their account.)
Gift cards: Gift cards are excluded from loyalty earning/redemption.
